President
Bruce Lancia, CRPC®, is President and Founder of the B. Anthony Company, LLC, a boutique financial planning firm celebrating more than 27 years located in Dublin, Ohio. Prior to his financial planning career, he worked in the public sector for 10 years as an Air Force Instructor teaching Project Management curriculum. During his tenure, he was honored with the Air Force Material Command Instructor of the Year award as well as runner-up Instructor of the year for the U.S. Air Force. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, emphasis in Financial Services from Wright State University.
Bruce was born in Columbus, Ohio, and a graduate of Upper Arlington High School. He and his wife Sherri live in Dublin, Ohio, and are the proud parents of a son and a daughter. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, camping, and cheering on the kids as they compete in cross country, field hockey, and lacrosse.
Bruce is extremely passionate about our Military community. The son of a veteran, his father served during the Korean War, Active Duty Army as a part of the 501st Airborne Medical Battalion. Recently losing his Father after a long bout with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. During his Father’s illness, some of his fondest memories came from the stories his Dad would tell about the comradery and his service to his country.

Sean is Managing Director at Arch Reinsurance and a founding member of Arch Re Facultative, which is a provider of global reinsurance products to the insurance industry. As Managing Director, Sean oversees the daily operations of the Columbus office and its territory. Prior to Arch Re, he had an 11-year stint at Warren Buffet’s General Reinsurance Corporation, working in the Dallas, Los Angeles and Columbus offices.
He earned a degree in Finance from Iowa State University in 1995 and a MBA from Otterbein University in 2007. Sean has lived in eight states but has called Ohio home for the last 20. He and his high school sweetheart, Kellyn, have three children – Maura, Tommy and Bridget. When not attending his children’s various school/sporting events, Sean can be found running, golfing, shooting or fly-fishing.
While having never served in uniform, Sean comes from a family of Army, Naval and Marine patriots and officers. This includes two grandfathers who fought in the Pacific Ocean during World War II.

Scott is a Financial Advisor with Prudential Advisors in Columbus, Ohio and carries the CLU, ChFC and CLTC designations. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2007 and has a passion for helping people prepare for and live in retirement.
Scott also has a passion for education. His wife Heather is a 5th grade teacher in Westerville, Ohio and his late father-in-law was instrumental in launching the Starfish Initiative, an educational non-profit in the Indianapolis area. Scott and Heather are also co-owners of two Huntington Learning Centers alongside other family members. Huntington’s core mission is to provide every child the best education possible.
As a former member of the PGA of America, Scott has had the pleasure of watching Folds of Honor grow from day one through the efforts of Lt Colonel Dan Rooney. In the summer of 2018, Scott and his good friend and fellow board member, Jesse Heath, said, “Let’s go….”. Additionally, advised by his pastor that, “God does not care what you are going to do, he cares what you are doing today”. Late 2018, Folds of Honor Central Ohio was officially launched.
Scott is a 1997 graduate of Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Scott and Heather have two wonderful daughters, Gracyn and Addelyn. Both girls are very involved in various activities and keep everyone busy. Scott’s hobbies include golf and photography.
Both of his grandfathers served in WWII in the Pacific. His uncle and other close friends have served in the US Navy. While having never served our country in uniform, Scott is honored to serve Folds of Honor by honoring the sacrifice of American Soldiers and educating their legacy.

Mike is in his 10th season as Head Golf Professional at Rattlesnake Ridge Golf Club. He became a member of the PGA in 1999 and has worked in the golf industry for 27 years. He has worked at Winding Hollow Country Club, Tartan Fields Golf Club, and Marion Country Club. Mike played at the collegiate level for 4 years at Glenville State College in West Virginia. As a junior, Mike worked at Lakewood Country Club in Westlake, Ohio in the golf operations and as a caddie from the age of 13-21. He has been married for 25 years to Jennifer and has 3 kids–Tyler 22, Taylor 21 and Taryn 14.

Jack is a 1982 graduate of Aquinas College where he played varsity golf while earning his Business Administration degree. Jack works in the steel service center industry for 36 years and has held numerous responsibilities. His last position as Territory Manager was based in Cincinnati, OH where he called on metal forming companies that produced parts for the automobile industry. He lives with his wife, Laura, in Loveland, OH. They are the proud parents of three children; two of which served in the US Army achieving the rank of Captain after receiving their commissions via the ROTC program at Ohio University.

Lt Colonel (Retired) Bonnie Gamary served in the Air National Guard with multiple deployments from 1980 – 2018. She understands the sacrifices that families make when their military family member serves based on her personal experiences with her husband and daughters, as well as other military peers. Bonnie is thankful to continue serving our military families through Folds of Honor. Bonnie is a high school teacher and she enjoys continuing to provide insight about the military to her students.

Andrew Spahr is vice president of DCIO sales at Fidelity Institutional. In this role, Mr. Spahr works in the investment space proving asset management strategies and solutions to Institutions Defined Contribution Retirement Plans through their advisors and consultants. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2012, Mr. Spahr spent over two years at JP Morgan Securities working in mid-market institutional fixed income sales and private wealth management, focusing on alternative investment strategies. He has been in the financial industry since 2009. Mr. Spahr earned his bachelor of arts degree in history from St. Lawrence University and his master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance and investment management from Babson College. Mr. Spahr is extremely passionate about helping Veterans and their families as he recognizes our way of life is not possible without those who serve their country. Andrew lives in New Albany OH with his daughters, Menzie and Elsie, his dog, Rusty, and his wife Jenn. Mr. Spahr in his free time attempts to improve his golf game, enjoys spending time with his family, and strives to go on several fishing trips a year hoping to one day land a giant tuna.

Adam Augspurger is the Principal of Steadfast Insurance, LLC advising on property, casualty, surety, disability, life and long-term care insurance products as independent agents from Westerville, Ohio. He runs their family agency proudly in his hometown with his wife, Kelly.
Adam was born and raised in Westerville and graduated from Worthington Christian High School and Otterbein University. He obtained an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and currently holds both Certified Insurance Counselor© and Trusted Risk Advisor© designations. Adam and Kelly are proud parents to a son and daughter. When they are not attending various soccer and basketball games they enjoy time outside playing tennis and pickle ball, walking around uptown Westerville with their labradoodle and the various projects they can find around their historical home.
Adam’s commitment to serving military and first responder communities comes from his grandfather, Harold F. Augspurger, Commander of the 415th Night Fighter Squadron. Dr. Augspurger was awarded two purple hearts and the Distinguished Flying Cross for his service overseas in WWII and will forever be an inspiration of service and sacrifice. As a proud grandson, Adam is reminded of the enormous cost associated with the freedoms we enjoy in the United States. He hopes to give back through his service to Folds of Honor for those who’ve sacrificed so greatly on our country’s behalf. Freedom Isn’t Free.
